How to: integrate with TrustPilot reviews
We can capture TrustPilot reviews immediately upon setup, but if you have a paid tier TrustPilot account by integrating your TrustPilot account you can respond to the reviews directly in platform.
Here's what you need to do:
The person who has access to the paid tier TrustPilot account to complete a call with your HGEM contact.
At this stage you'll log into your TrustPilot account, then the integration will be completed.
Note that the guest order numbers and emails will not be pulled into the platform, only the review score and comments.
