How to: integrate with TrustPilot reviews

We can capture TrustPilot reviews immediately upon setup, but if you have a paid-tier TrustPilot account, by integrating this with us, you can respond to reviews directly in the Hub.

Here's what you need to do:

Let us know you'd like to add TrustPilot reviews and integrate your account; we will then:

1. Create a review questionnaire to save the data in our system (if you don't currently capture any other reviews).

2. Add the relevant locations and sources to the ReviewTrackers system.

3. Create a link for you to log into your TrustPilot account.

At this stage, the integration will be completed, and you'll start to see reviews in the Hub and respond to these directly in platform.

Note that we are unable to pull guest order numbers or emails, only the review score and comments.
