How to: integrate Facebook reviews

In order for us to access Facebook results and bring them into The Hub, we need clients to give us content rights for the Facebook page.

Here's how to set this up:

You may already be using the Meta Business Suite, but we know that many people have pages 'owned' by an individual person - if so, you need to get them owned by your business account.

  1. Go to Meta Business settings at https://business.facebook.com/settings/pages. If a page you own is not listed, click 'Add' to add it.
  2. Select a Facebook page that you own and click “Assign Partner”.
  3. Enter the following Business ID: 247072079290721
  4. Select ‘Content’, 'Community Activity' and 'Messages and Calls', then click ‘Next’.
  5. Then let us know so we can complete the integration at our end.
