How to: integrate Booking.com reviews
We can capture Booking.com reviews immediately upon setup, but by integrating your Booking.com account you can respond to the reviews directly in platform.
Here's what you need to do:
2) Log into your profile.
3) Select all properties that you’d like to be able to respond to e.g. Guest Reviews. Please note this will show as a connection with our partner ReviewTrackers.
4) Select 'Review connections' and confirm/apply the change.
In platform responses will only be available for reviews received after the integration was completed. Please note Booking.com does not allow responses to reviews with no comments.
If you'd like to include Booking.com as a review source, please contact your HGEM Client Success Manager to request this.
