Integration: POS menu integration
Find out what your guests think about individual dishes by integrating your menu with your guest feedback site to collect structured menu feedback. Guests can rate one or more dishes against up to 6 different KPI's, as well as providing freeform comments.
In order to capture dish feedback, there are a couple of options. We can periodically import your menu (see here), or for certain POS systems, we can integrate directly – looking up the transaction for details of what the guest ordered and other information such as who served the guest.

Once set up, a direct integration with your POS system should require minimal maintenance - our database should update automatically following any menu changes saved within your POS systems.

Integrating with your POS system allows us to look up key transactional data for your guests (eg. what they ordered and who served them) and use this to personalise the feedback questions, improving the feedback experience for your customers, and increasing completion rates.
