Guests are up to 50% more likely to recommend you to friends if they have eaten certain dishes. By knowing how each dish is performing, you can promote those at the top of the league table and make changes to those at the bottom. Granular KPI reporting on each dish will reveal the cause of any weaknesses, from presentation and portion size, to value for money.
What are the benefits?
Easy to use
Guests can select what they ordered using predictive text to filter your menu. You can also add images to make it easier for your guest to correctly locate the dishes they ordered.
Collect structured menu feedback
Find out what your guests think about individual dishes by integrating your menu with your guest feedback site. Guests can rate one or more dishes or products, depending on your preference. Capture up to 6 different KPI's on each dish, along with verbatim comments.
Dish analysis
Quickly and easily see which dishes are performing well by viewing your dishes in a range of league tables. You can also analyse the correlation between Net Promoter Score for the whole experience, and the dish that was ordered. To investigate any issues, you can examine the comments for a particular dish.
Getting started
To get started you'll need provide us with the following details:
- A copy of your menu(s), in the correct format (see doc attached)
- Confirmation of the KPI's you would like to measure
Recommended KPI's:
- Overall satisfaction
- Value for money
Additional KPI's include:
- Presentation
- Portion size
- Temperature
- Taste
Notes on the menu import document:
- A separate spreadsheet should be provided for each different menu that you would like to import, and for each different menu start date
- Dish codes should be unique across all of your menus
- Please note that dish history is saved against the dish code, so if this is changed (as part of a menu update for example), a new dish will be created, and the history wont be tracked
- Dish codes are restricted to 50 characters (this includes spaces)
- Dish codes can’t contain accent characters, punctuation characters, spaces or hashes (#); dashes are accepted
- If you would like to import images, the image names provided in the spreadsheet must match the image names of the provided images.
- The image names provided in the spreadsheet must include the relevant suffix e.g. .jpg .png
POS integrations
Alternatively, in some instances, we can integrate your feedback site with your POS system, rather than importing your menu manually. Click here for more information.
