Where it fits with your brand, vouchers can be an effective way to encourage repeat visits, or to incentivise your guests to provide feedback. We can save you time and resource by automating this process, and sending these directly to your guests ourselves (from your domain). 

What are the benefits?

Save time
Allow us to manage the voucher sending process - we will automatically send a voucher to any guest when they leave their email address on a survey.

Incentivise your guests
Vouchers can be useful to encourage repeat visits, which result in increased revenue. They can also be a good way of encouraging your guests to provide feedback, maximising your feedback volume.

Fully branded 
We want to promote your brand, not ours. So, your voucher email will be fully branded, and will be sent from the email address of your choice. The voucher itself can be sent as a series of characters and as a QR code.




Getting started

To get started you'll need provide us with the following: 

- Voucher Codes and expiry dates
- Permission to use one of your email addresses
- Email HTML template so we can reflect your brand design (including relevant brand colours, imagery and font files) and subject line and email body text.
