Survey feature: social advocacy
Where a guest has left a positive recommendation, we can direct them to the venue’s social media pages – we’ll even give them the option to copy their positive comments to a clipboard so they can paste it.

Adding a social advocacy option to the end of your feedback survey makes it simple for guests to share their positive experiences on social media.
At the end of your survey we can add links to your social media pages – we can do this for all locations or for specific locations only. These links will only be made visible when the guest has had a good experience so that we aren’t encouraging negative reviews. Encouraging happy customers to leave reviews should boost your review scores.

It's common sense that having great review scores is good for growing the business - indeed venues with 4 or 5-star reviews are typically placed 9% higher on search listings, which increases footfall and makes it likelier for your customers to leave even more reviews.

Getting started
To get started you'll need to:
- Confirm which platforms you would like to promote
- Confirm details for any site specific set up, as appropriate
- eg. any sites to be excluded or sites which require additional sources etc.
