As standard, our surveys come with a range of automated measures designed to prevent fake feedback from reaching your analysis. When designing your survey, we can assess which of these are best suited for your circumstances.
What are the benefits?
Data reliability
Ensure that your analysis is based on genuine guest data with our intelligent anti-fraud solutions.
-Our anti-fraud bot 'fingerprints' all survey responses, quarantining and discarding any with a high likelihood of being fake before they are communicated to your teams.
- Enabling cookies turns on a tracking cookie, which prevents users from completing the same survey in the same browser within a 7 day period, stopping users from repeatedly submitting false feedback data.
-Adding additional URL validation to your survey removes open access, ensuring that only guests who have been sent an invite via your CRM system (see here) will be able to access the survey. - Our bot detection blocks any robots designed to complete fraudlent surveys.

Our anti-fraud measures can be switched off if not appropriate for your survey style (eg. disabling cookies for at table feedback).
