What are the benefits
Fully GDPR compliant
Personal data from guests can only be captured if you are transparent about how it will be used. We offer 3 clearly labeled, separate consent options to help you get explicit consent from your guests.
Consents include:
- Consent to be entered into a prize draw
- Consent to be added to a marketing database
- Consent to be contacted regarding feedback (this may be particularly valuable for both parties if the guest has had a bad time)

Your guest data will be stored within our fully GDPR compliant data warehouse.
Information where you need it
Where a guest has consented to receive marketing communications you can import their personal details directly into your CRM system ready to be used in your next campaign. Your data can be downloaded directly from the hub, sent to a named sftp location or shared automatically via the HGEM key results API.
Getting started
Personal data consents are included as standard on all surveys (where appropriate) - please speak to your HGEM account manager if you have any further questions about our consent options.
