By analysing data in The Hub, we've found that a good benchmark here is a 4.4 review score – reach that point and you’re generally better than a majority of the competition.
Flexible competitor selection
Competitors can be selected at site level, or if preferred you can select specific brands to set up as competitors - our systems will match your sites to the nearest competitor brand location for comparison (wherever possible).
Intuitive reporting
Compare results by site, source and sample size, and view trends in the data over time via the designated 'competitors' tab in The Hub.
Getting started
To get started you'll need provide us with the following:
- Confirmation of which competitors should be included
- If you would like site specific competitors, please confirm which competitors should be included by site
- If you would like to set up brand level competitors, please confirm which brands should be included
- We recommend up to 10 competitors per location
