Survey option: On-site or at-table feedback

Survey option: On-site or at-table feedback

Increase response rates
Capturing feedback while the guest is still at-table can be tricky, as you don't want it to interfere with the experience. So it's best used where it gives you an opportunity to engage. This could be where there's something about the experience that is out of the ordinary - for example, if the guest has eaten an experimental dish. But we have some features that may help:
  1. The survey can be set to refresh once someone has completed it, ready for the next guest. This could be through pressing a button or automated after, say, 30 seconds.
  2. The survey can be set to appear like an app when set up on a tablet. It can even be set to pre-populate known information, such as the location or even the server name.
  3. The survey only needs an internet connection at the start and end. So there's no waiting for questions to load.
Podium-mounted feedback tablets
For some operations, it may be appropriate to have a tablet mounted to a podium to attract passers-by to complete a survey of a suitable length. The same features listed above would be relevant for this use-case.
