You will be visited by a wide range of mystery guests - by default, we prevent the same person from returning for 3 months, although this is a configurable option.

Assessor anonymity

As HGEM has many thousands of mystery guests, each visit will normally be completed by a different assessor. As a back up precaution, our systems will automatically prevent the same an assessor from returning to a location for 3 months.

Configurable rules

Our return-rule is completely configurable - we can chose to prevent our assessors from returning to your location for 'x' days (any time frame of your choice). Similarly, if preferred, we can also prevent assessors from returning to any of your locations for the time frame of your choice (3 months recommended). 

Occasionally, it might be useful to have different visit reports conducted by the same person - get in touch if you would like to discuss this option.

Getting started

Our no-return rules are set to three months as standard for all operational audit clients (as appropriate) - please speak to your HGEM account manager if you have any further questions about our configurable return-rules.
