By default, we prevent the same person from returning for 3 months, although this is a configurable option.

As HGEM has many thousands of mystery guests, this means that a visit report will normally be completed by someone different every time. However, we work hard to ensure that each report is a factual and objective account of the experience.

There is a regular turnover of mystery guests with a few hundred applying each month.
