Hub Data Refreshes

The Hub refreshes data at scheduled times throughout the day and are completed by the below times:
  1. 4:30am
  2. 9:00am
  3. 11:00am
  4. 2:30pm
  5. 4:30pm
  6. 7:30pm
  7. 10:00pm
The exception to this is the Inbox, where audits and survey feedback will be visible to view as soon as they are submitted.

Social reviews are imported 5 times a day, collecting reviews left in the last 24 hours. Integrated channels like Google and Facebook will update at the below times. However, channels like TripAdvisor, and delivery reviews are only updated once per day (usually in time for either the 5:15am or 9:15pm updates).

The import times are:
  1. 5:15am
  2. 9:15am
  3. 1:45pm
  4. 5:15pm
  5. 9:15pm
