What data is available to Halo?
Halo has access to the last 12 weeks of data from your mystery guest audits, feedback, reviews and product ratings. Please use the filters to help specify the visit type and date range you'd like to review. Please note Halo cannot compare to locations you don't have permissions for and does not currently include competitor data.

Questions on your recent scores, performance, service trends and lots more!
What visualisations are available in Halo?
Currently, Halo supports simple tables only. Charts and graphs are being considered for future updates.
Will my data be secure and/or used to train the model?
Yes, your data is secure each client’s information is isolated and protected. Your data will not be used to train the model. We will monitor responses to improve the product but this feedback is not used for model training.
How does chat history work?
Chat history is stored locally in your browser and is unique to each user. If multiple managers share a device, each will only see their own chat history. Please note, chat history does not transfer between devices.
Can Halo be limited to certain clients or users?
Halo will be available for all users and not able to be restricted.
Does Halo recognise delayed visibility of reports?
Delayed visibility is a feature that is not currently available but may be introduced in the future. This would allow certain data or features to become visible after a set period, rather than immediately.
