Every time Halo gives you an answer, you will see a thumbs up and a thumbs down button.
Loved the answer? Give it a thumbs up to let us know Halo got it right.
Not quite right? Tap the thumbs down and pick from a short list of reasons. This only takes a moment, and it helps us understand exactly where Halo can do better.
We review this feedback regularly and use it to improve Halo and ensure it becomes more helpful over time. The more you share, the better Halo gets, so please do not be shy with those thumbs!
Halo has access to the last 12 weeks of your mystery guest audits, feedback, reviews and product ratings. Use the filters to choose the visit type and date range you would like to review. Please note that Halo cannot compare to locations you do not have permission to view, and it does not include competitor data.
Ask Halo anything about your recent scores, performance, service trends, standout moments, areas to improve, and plenty more. If it is in your guest experience data, Halo can help you explore it.
Halo currently shows answers using clear, simple tables alongside its written response. Charts and graphs are being considered for the future.
Yes, your data is safe. Each client’s information is kept separate and protected, and your data is never used to train the model. We review responses to keep improving Halo, but that feedback is not used for model training either.
Your chat history is saved in your own browser and is personal to you. If several managers share a device, each person will only see their own chats. Chat history does not move with you between devices.
Halo is available to all users - there are no limits on who can use it within your team, so everyone can benefit from the same insights.
Not at the moment. Delayed visibility, where certain information becomes available after a set period, is something we may look at in the future.
We would love to hear from you. Please raise a ticket with our Support team via support@hgem.com or speak with your Client Success Manager, and of course, keep those thumbs ups and thumbs downs coming inside Halo itself. Your feedback helps Halo to continue to evolve.
