Audit feature: grouped questions

Audit feature: grouped questions

Group similar, or themed questions together for analysis.

Benefits:

Get combined scores
Group together questions for analysis outside of the structure of the audit questionnaire. You can even get combined scores for questions across multiple questionnaires (data available in The Hub only).

Easy analysis
Quickly and easily identify key audit areas which require attention and create positive actions to improve your business and ultimately drive sales.

Ways to group questions:

SECTION: Sections are used to group questions in a questionnaire and they normally follow a guest journey. The score for each section can be displayed on the completed pdf report, and will also be available in The Hub.

CATEGORY: When you have questions in different places throughout a questionnaire, use a category if you wish to group them together for reporting. Each category can have a bespoke icon.
- Example categories include - Upselling, Team warmth, Environment/Cleanliness, Speed of Service etc.

QUESTION SUBJECT: A question subject is really a short version of the full question and is commonly used in Hub reports. But it can also be used to display slightly different questions (perhaps in different questionnaires) together - for example, if you have a similar welcome question across multiple questionnaires, you will be able to view all of the response to this question saved against the relevant question subject in The Hub.

ANALYSIS TAG: Adding an analysis tag to a question will enable you to run additional analysis on certain questions in The Hub portal.
- Example analysis tags include 'Outstanding card' (measures the number of audits completed where a member of staff stood out as offering exceptional service), 'Server Name' (allows you to assess scores achieved by specific team member).

Getting started

Grouped questions will be set up as standard on all operational audits (as appropriate) - please speak to your HGEM account manager if you have any further questions about question groupings.
