About: visit reimbursements

Visit reimbursements
Reimbursements are added on top of the report fee and are a capped amount to cover the minimum cost of a typical guest experience. 'Typical' for quick service generally means for one person, while most other experiences are based on 2 people.
We do sometimes also pay an additional fee. This can be the case where the value of a typical experience is very low or where we need to incentivise completion before a tight deadline.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with your HGEM account manager if you have any further questions about our reimbursements.
