About: the Net Sentiment Score (NSS)

What is a Net Sentiment Score?
The difference is that NPS is calculated from a 'Recommend' score, while NSS is calculated from the sentiment found in opinions in text.
Your NSS = % of positive opinions minus % of negative opinions
For example, if there 60% of opinions are positive 40% of opinions are negative, then your NSS is 20.
You can report on this in the NSS heat map.
