Halo now lives on your Dashboard, automatically surfacing the most notable performance movements and trends in your current view, along with suggested actions to help you respond quickly and confidently.
Whenever you open the Dashboard, Halo analyses the data behind your applied filters and pulls out the five biggest stories in your performance, so you can spend less time searching for what’s changed and more time acting on it.
There’s no need to run a report or build a query to understand what’s happening in your business. As soon as your Dashboard loads, Halo reads the data in your current view and tells you what matters most, from the steepest score declines to the biggest shifts in guest sentiment.
Halo focuses on the five most notable movements across NPS, visit-level and question-level scores, as well as changes in sentiment mentions. That means your team starts every day with a prioritised view of where performance is moving and where attention is needed.
Each insight includes clear evidence from your data and a recommended action, so you’re never left wondering what to do with the information. This supports faster, more confident decisions at every level of the business, from Head Office through to site managers.
Suggested follow-up prompts let you explore each insight in more detail with a single click, while relevant Hub reports are recommended alongside every insight for deeper investigation. You stay in flow, moving from headline to evidence to action in seconds.
Insights are generated based on your currently applied filters, so what Halo surfaces is always relevant to the view in front of you. Change your filters and Halo will prompt you to refresh, keeping your summary accurate and in step with your analysis.
Any conversation with Halo on the Dashboard can be saved to your main Halo chat history, so useful insights and follow-ups can be revisited, shared with colleagues or used as a starting point for future reviews.
Halo sits in the bottom-left corner of your Dashboard. As soon as it has finished analysing your current view, a speech bubble will appear saying “Here’s what I found…”.
Clicking the speech bubble slides out a panel containing five insights. Each insight includes:
Halo focuses on the biggest opportunities in your data: the steepest score declines (at NPS, visit or question level), notable shifts in sentiment mentions, and any other significant changes worth knowing about.
The Halo panel can be minimised or maximised to suit how you’re working. When minimised, your Dashboard tiles remain visible in the background so you can continue reviewing the data alongside Halo’s insights.
You can save your Halo on the Dashboard conversation to your main Halo chat history at any time, making it easy to return to insights later or continue the conversation elsewhere in the Hub.
